I'm a person with cervical spondylitis and l4 prolapse.we I mean those who have these issues are seriously confused whether we can do gym work outs or not as each and every doctor we consulted gave different opinion.plz throw some light on these .I'm not mentioning vigorous work outs ,just strengthening work outs

Hi Ramya!. I am 35+ women medium level workout person. I taken 45 minutes to walking, 15 minutes core strengthening, 30 minutes weight training, 20 minutes floor toning workout. Almost including warm up and cool down i have taken 2 hours. Is it wrong? Pls explain me.

Quite guilty to write down, because i start on walking and excercises, but leave a gap due to personal commitments. Whenever i resume back after months, i notice that i have raised 5 kg more than usual weight! Scary and hence stopped resuming as such. Unable to understand this fact at all. My age is 40, was a state athelete in childhood. But after two pregnancies, my current weight is 85. Please help Ramya.
Hi prithvi, everything starts with small steps , even I was in your state I was 89 kgs a year back , was tired of exercises and dieting but once I learnt consistency is the key it paid me off I started intermittent fasting with moderate weight training and walking for 30 mins with in 8 months I dropped 10 kgs it’s all possible jus don’t concentrate on weight loss , make it as a lifestyle change and being fit as mandatory for gracefully sheikh it’s totally possible at 40. , you can do it too ❤
Hi Ramya, I do my exercise in every morning except Saturday and Sunday, but when I travel through bus or train or even long drive in bike, my lower backbone got damaged, I can't sit, stand , or walk. I can't do exercise for 1 week. But my inner heart says do it. But I cant., I know my body needs rest. I am doing my exercise since 9 years and also after c section. What can I do with lower back bone pain. Any solution for all ladies who are all having c section.

Seems little too much time sister. I think you can split these 4 types in 2 days. Like cardio weight one day & weight training & floor another day
