    I'm a person with cervical spondylitis and l4 prolapse.we I mean those who have these issues are seriously confused whether we can do gym work outs or not as each and every doctor we consulted gave different opinion.plz throw some light on these .I'm not mentioning vigorous work outs ,just strengthening work outs

      Yes I am in🙋🏻‍♀️ I have the same condition and confused what to do. Physiotherapists suggest strength training exercises. Kindly do a video on this pls.

    Hi Ramya!. I am 35+ women medium level workout person. I taken 45 minutes to walking, 15 minutes core strengthening, 30 minutes weight training, 20 minutes floor toning workout. Almost including warm up and cool down i have taken 2 hours. Is it wrong? Pls explain me.

      Seems little too much time sister. I think you can split these 4 types in 2 days. Like cardio weight one day & weight training & floor another day

    I'm trying to maintain healthy fit n flexible body after postpartum recovery.though i am always felt starving n have very bad join pains ,i used to force myself by skipping meal and working hard for strengthening.i made a blender mistake by continuosly hurting my body.❤❤❤I don't know whether you read my comment but i really want to thank you for insisting these things.you are doing good#touchwood❤❤❤❤

    Hai Mam...Very useful vedios you are doing great n thank you. I want to reduce my belly fat so I had been doing workout for 6months I could see the changes but later I took break and I'm not able to follow those workout n I felt that my energy level came down due to improper food diet .so please suggest excercise to reduce belly fat n tell me the complete food diet.

    I am a pure vegetarian.
    Protein daily entha food la eduthalum like sundal, paneer, tofu, soya chunks bloating stomach and weight gain on thighs and buttocks.
    1. What's the reason?
    2. Protein edutha antha day full a energetic a filling irukku aana ennala protein edukka mudiyala so ippo naan edukarthu illa please tell me what can I do for protein source😒
    So many times I tried and I fed up also...

    Quite guilty to write down, because i start on walking and excercises, but leave a gap due to personal commitments. Whenever i resume back after months, i notice that i have raised 5 kg more than usual weight! Scary and hence stopped resuming as such. Unable to understand this fact at all. My age is 40, was a state athelete in childhood. But after two pregnancies, my current weight is 85. Please help Ramya.

      Hi prithvi, everything starts with small steps , even I was in your state I was 89 kgs a year back , was tired of exercises and dieting but once I learnt consistency is the key it paid me off I started intermittent fasting with moderate weight training and walking for 30 mins with in 8 months I dropped 10 kgs it’s all possible jus don’t concentrate on weight loss , make it as a lifestyle change and being fit as mandatory for gracefully sheikh it’s totally possible at 40. , you can do it too ❤

    Hi Ramya, I do my exercise in every morning except Saturday and Sunday, but when I travel through bus or train or even long drive in bike, my lower backbone got damaged, I can't sit, stand , or walk. I can't do exercise for 1 week. But my inner heart says do it. But I cant., I know my body needs rest. I am doing my exercise since 9 years and also after c section. What can I do with lower back bone pain. Any solution for all ladies who are all having c section.
